As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Diehl - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will help grow our agency through meaningful client relations, sales of insurance products, acting as a liaison between customers and our agency departments. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Diehl - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will help grow our agency through meaningful client relations, sales of insurance products, acting as a liaison between customers and our agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with insurance needs - Auto, Motorcycle, RV, Home, Life and Disability insurance.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Contact new customers to offer insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Auto/Fire and/or Life/Health Licensed preferred but not necessary
